Key submission details: Upload bids through ePADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 2026-10-20 by 11:00 AM (PST). Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (PST). Original bid security (CDR) must be submitted to the office of the Dean/Assistant Manager Procurement, Khyber Medical College, Peshawar on or before 2026-10-20 at 11:00 AM (PST); failure to deliver the original CDR by the closing time will result in rejection.
Other conditions: Income tax, professional tax and KPRA or other government taxes will be deducted as applicable. Procurement will be carried out under the Act and Rules of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA). Bids received by hand, post, courier, e-mail or fax will not be accepted. Only firms registered on ePADS and meeting registration requirements may participate.
