Eligibility & instructions: Eligible, experienced, financially sound and reputable firms/companies specializing in human resource management, manpower supply and staff provision services may bid. Firms must be registered with relevant statutory authorities and have requisite registrations (e.g., FBR). A bid security equal to 1% of the estimated procurement price must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will apply in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules.
