Submission and bidding details: Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax Department and Provincial Sales Tax. GST/NTN numbers and Professional Tax Certificate must accompany bids. Tender documents, terms and detailed specifications are available on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab Fisheries (www.punjabfisheries.gov.pk) websites and can be downloaded free. Technical and Financial bids (separate) must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-14. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-10-14 in the office of the Director General (Fisheries), Punjab, 9-A Bahawalpur Road, Chauburji, Lahore in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Bid security: 2% of estimated cost as specified above, to be furnished as fixed amounts listed in the table and verified on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope (Technical and Financial) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Offers must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days. The department reserves the right to reject all tenders as per applicable rules.
