Candidates with Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Public Administration or HR professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) preferred. | Minimum 8 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions and HR digital transformation; experience in SAP HCM / ESS / MSS / SuccessFactors implementation or similar; experience in the financial sector preferred. |
Key skills & requirements: hands‑on planning, development and execution of HR resource projects; vendor/relationship management; strong communication and people management skills; attention to detail; business and financial acumen; leadership, coaching and change management; ability to design, develop and maintain core and in‑house HR systems and support HR stakeholders with technical specifications, system features, dashboards and analytics.
Primary responsibilities (summary): lead selection, implementation and integration of HR technology; translate HR needs into technical specifications; develop custom reports, dashboards and analytics; support decision‑making and HR policy implementation; maintain metrics and reporting frameworks; drive adoption of digital tools across HR and business units; support process optimization and align digital automation initiatives with business goals.
Assessment & employment type: Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility will be invited for panel interviews. Appointment on contract basis for three years, renewable or extendable at management discretion; selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank policy/rules.
