National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Unit Head – HR Digital Transformation (AVP / VP) based in Karachi. This is a contractual appointment for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.

| Qualification | Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by HEC. Candidates having a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certification(s) (e.g., SAP SF Consultant, PMP, SHRM, CHRP) are preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum eight years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to at least two HR functions and/or HR Digital Transformation. Experience in implementation of SAP HCM / ESS / MSS or SuccessFactors and prior similar roles in the financial sector is preferred. |
| Key responsibilities |

| Skills & competencies | Hands-on planning and execution of HR technology projects; strong relationship management and communication; attention to detail; business and financial acumen; leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. |
| Assessment & employment terms | Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. Employment is contractual for three years and may be renewed. Compensation and benefits shall be offered as per Bank policy. No TA/DA for interview. |
