EOI: Consultancy for Greater Peshawar Urban Transport Master Plan (GPUTMP)-2050

Issuer: Managing Director, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority (KPUMA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to recruit a consulting firm to prepare the Greater Peshawar Urban Transport Master Plan (GPUTMP)-2050 under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project (KPCIP) - Second Project Readiness Financing (PRF).

Scope: Lead preparation and design activities to enable urban development and urban mobility projects. Key tasks include baseline data collection and analysis; review of development policies, plans and past studies; formulation of planning frameworks; development of travel demand model and public transport master plan; update of transport system database; public transport policy development; review and update of public transport and road network development plans; mass transit network review and institutional reform and capacity development for transport sector delivery.

Qualification & selection: International and national firms may apply. Selection will follow ADB's Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS). Firms must register in ADB's Consultant Management System (CMS) and submit EOIs through the CMS. The procurement will apply ADB's Procurement Directive 2022 and Consulting Services Procurement Rules.
