Municipal Committee, Taxila invites item-wise rate tenders for Annual Development Programme (ADP) works. Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Bids must be submitted and uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement system; bids from lower PEC categories will not be considered. Successful bidder will be required to deposit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount as per PPRA Punjab rules. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the contractor. Current PPRA rules shall apply.
Key dates and submission details: Bidders shall submit bids by 2026-10-14 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee, Taxila. Tender documents are available from the Municipal Committee office, Taxila and via Punjab e-Procurement. No telephonic or conditional tenders will be entertained. Earnest money of 5% is required.
