Issuer: The Children’s Hospital & UCHS, Lahore. Purpose: One-year e-auction of canteen/cafeteria and tuck-shop premises on the Hospital campus.

Procedure and financial conditions:

• Registration and participation will be processed through the Punjab Health e-Auction Portal: https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk. After-publication registration on the e-Auction Portal is required as per eligibility criteria in the auction document.
• Reserve price for the auction: PKR 139,476,786 for one year.
• Earnest money (security) is 10% of the reserve price = PKR 13,947,680; acceptable in the form of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or Banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
• Hard copies of applications are not required for registration; however, the successful applicant must submit originals of the required bank instrument and documents to the Medical Director within ten days of announcement of evaluation results.
• The auction will be conducted online; the institution is not responsible for applicants' internet or technical failures. The auction rules, terms and conditions, and detailed eligibility criteria are available on the e-Auction Portal and the hospital/SHC&ME Department websites.
