Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Finance Department (Section Officer E&A). Purpose: Framework contracts for repair and maintenance of hardware, IT equipment, software, machinery & equipment, furniture & fixtures and transport. Contracts will be awarded separately for each lot under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

Submission method & schedule: Complete e-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. E-bid submission and opening date & time: 2026-10-19 at 11:00 AM.
Bid security: All e-bids must be accompanied by 5% bid security of the estimated price, to be deposited online through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
