| 2. Appoint auditors and fix their remuneration. The Board has recommended the appointment of M/s. Junaid Shakil & Co., Chartered Accountants (retiring auditors have offered themselves for re-appointment). |
| 3. Transact any other business with the permission of the Board. |
Share transfer book closure: The share transfer books will remain closed from 15 October 2023 to 22 October 2023 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the Share Registrar (Vision Consulting Ltd., 3-C, LDA Flats, Lawrence Road, Lahore) by close of business on 14 October 2023 will be considered in time for entitlement.
Participation and proxies: Shareholders are encouraged to participate in the AGM through electronic means. A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint another member as proxy. Proxy forms should be deposited at the registered office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the meeting.
