Issuer: Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division, Bahawalpur. Sealed tenders are invited through Punjab E-Procurement System for approved development schemes (MIRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026: 01.07.2026 to 31.12.2026) for District Bahawalpur on DNIT/rates, from registered contractors/firms with valid PEC license and relevant category/codes.
Key conditions: Bids must be submitted via E-Procurement up to 01:00 PM on 19-10-2026 and will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, LG&CD, Bahawalpur. Bid security 5% of estimated cost via digital bank guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) or 1-Link payment through E-Procurement. Hard copy guarantees (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft) are not acceptable. Successful bidder will furnish Performance Security 10% of Contract Price as per Rule-56 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids remain valid for 60 days. PPRA rules apply.
