Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for lease of prime Pakistan Railways land on a lease model for mixed-use commercial development.
Purpose: Mix-use commercial development including shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail and factory outlets. Lease period: 21 years (extendable for further 21 years). Annual rent increase: 8% compounded. Mobilization: 24 months from possession. Construction to follow local construction bye-laws.
Key dates: Pre-bid meeting on 2026-10-09 at 02:00 PM (REDAMCO Head Office / Zoom). Bid submission deadline: on or before 2026-10-19 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office. Technical bid opening: 2026-10-19 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
Bidders must submit separate envelopes with required bid security (details below). Bidding document and detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from PPRA and REDAMCO websites.
