The Executive Engineer (Buildings), CWP&P&H Department, District Surab invites sealed tenders from interested contractors/firms on the schedule of rates 2026 G.O.B. (amended) for the works listed below under BSDI Phase-II. Bidding will follow single-stage, one-envelope procedure in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules, 2014.
Key instructions: bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and with relevant tax authorities; submit 2% earnest money; purchase tender documents on payment of a non-refundable fee (Rs. 2,000) in the form of pay order; submit required registration, CNIC copy and other documents.
