The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FOEHA), Directorate of Technical, Islamabad invites e-bids through E-PADS/PPRA for rehabilitation/construction of boundary wall and installation of CCTV cameras, flood lights and fencing at Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-13/1, Islamabad. Bidding will follow a single-stage, one-envelope procedure; contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-8 or above (registration valid until 2026-06-30 as stated).
A security instrument of 400,000 (lump sum) in the form of CDR is required. Scanned documents must be uploaded via E-PADS and a hard copy of the proposal with the original CDR must be submitted before bid opening. Bidding documents are available through PPRA and E-PADS.
