Municipal Committee Choa Saidan Shah invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for execution of the following development schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System).

Key instructions and terms:
- Bidding procedure: Single Stage–One Envelope through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) only.
- Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including PEC, FBR, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System, and must possess valid NTN and active taxpayer status.
- Bid Security: Earnest money shall be 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme in the prescribed form and manner.
- Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-10-14 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 11:30 AM.
- Bid validity: 120 days from the date of opening.
- Completion period: 03 months for each scheme.
- Mandatory documents: All mandatory eligibility, technical and financial documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed in the bidding documents.
- Taxes, execution, additional performance/quality assurance security and other procurement requirements shall be governed by prevailing Punjab Government and Procurement Rules and Regulations.
