C&W Division-II Swat Tender for Roads, Bridges & Culverts Works in Upper Swat (Matta)

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Division No. II Swat invites electronic bids via EPADS for construction, rehabilitation, widening and improvement of roads, bridges and culverts in Upper Swat. The package includes the sub-head: Construction & Bituminous Treatment (B/T) of Urdom Road — 1 km (balance work).

How to apply & important requirements:

- Bidders must submit electronic bids through the EPADS single-stage single-envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

- Instructions to bidders are available from the Executive Engineer's office on any working day or downloadable from the C&W website.

- E-bids must be accompanied by additional original bid security as required by KPPRA Notification (S.R.O.14 Vol‑1‑24/2021‑22/6058‑71 dated 10-05-2022). The original bid security and additional security instruments must be delivered to the procuring entity before bid opening.

- All bidders should enter details of bid security and, where applicable, additional security instruments on the EPADS application and deposit originals prior to the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit valid original security before the deadline will disqualify the bid.

- Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with any registration requirements stipulated by the procuring department (including KP Revenue Authority and Finance Act registrations where applicable).
