Water & Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM) invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The post is open to senior professionals with strong leadership experience in water, sanitation or municipal services and a solid technical background.

| Minimum Qualifications | BSc Engineering in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical or Masters in Environmental Engineering from an HEC-recognized university/institute |
| Experience & Eligibility | Over 15 years of post-qualification experience in public or private organizations at HoD/Senior Management level; minimum 3 years in a leadership position. Preference to candidates with WATSAN/municipal services experience. Prior experience in an international organization or similar entity is desirable. |
| Age | Preferably not more than 57 years at time of appointment (Board may relax in exceptional circumstances) |
| Salary | Offered as per company policy depending on qualification and experience |
| Documents to Submit | Completed application form (as per Annexure “A” of the Public Sector Companies CEO Guidelines), CNIC, domicile, educational certificates, experience certificates, and prescribed declaration (Annexure “B”) |

| Selection Process | Shortlisting by HR/Internal Committee and Board of Directors. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for presentation/interview. Final selection subject to Board approval. |
