National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites offers for hiring a commercial/office building in Islamabad to accommodate NGC offices. Required gross built-up area is approximately 30,000 sq.ft. to 40,000 sq.ft. or above in a single premises (adjacent floors) for a minimum term of five (05) years, extendable by mutual consent.
Required facilities and services include disinfected/painted premises; parking for minimum 50 cars and 50 motorbikes; emergency exit passage; uninterrupted dedicated passenger lifts; drinking water, electricity, landline/telephone; backup generator/UPS; HVAC; disabled access; separate prayer areas for men and women on each floor; sufficient toilets on each floor; security and CCTV; firefighting systems; janitorial and regular maintenance services.
Preferred locations: Blue Area (Jinnah Avenue) and sectors G-5, G-6, G-7, F-6, F-7, F-8, F-9, F-10 and Kashmir Highway in Islamabad.
