Issuer: National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) (Formerly NTDC). NGCP invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for disposal of unserviceable/damaged materials on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis at the listed site(s). Bidding will be carried out under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004 (as amended) and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024.
Key conditions: bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax; taxes and duties as applicable will be charged; successful bidders to collect material on their own and bear costs; bid security as specified below must be submitted; acceptance of bids rests with the competent authority.
