Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure through ePADS v2.0. Total estimated cost PKR 7,000,000. Bid validity: 90 days. Bid security: No monetary security; prescribed Bid Securing Declaration to be submitted through ePADS v2.0. Evaluation: QCBS (Technical 80% & Financial 20%). Contract period: Twelve (12) months (365 days).
Key dates and submission: Pre-bid meeting on 2026-10-13 at 11:00 hours at the Ministry of Railways, Islamabad. Last date & time for submission of bids on e-PADS: 2026-10-23 at 10:00 hours. Date of opening of proposals: 2026-10-23 at 10:30 hours.
