Open Tender Notice 74-76/2026 — Procurement of Dose Calibrator, Tygon Tubing & LAN Components (Islamabad)

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply on FOR Islamabad basis. Tenders must follow single-stage, one-envelope procedure and comply with the terms and conditions listed below.

Key submission & payment requirements:

- Tender documents, specifications and terms are available on written request on company letterhead against bank draft/pay order of the tender fee in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.

- Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) payable in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the tender opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before the opening date.

- Envelopes must be superscribed with the tender number and date of opening. Tenders received after the opening time will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening.

- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.
