Sitara Energy Limited invites its shareholders to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Business Centre, 6th Floor, Mumtaz Hasan Road, Karachi. The meeting will be held in person and via video link.
Ordinary business to be transacted:

| 2 | To receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors. |
| 3 | To appoint Auditors and to fix their remuneration for the year ending June 30, 2027. The present auditors, RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman (Chartered Accountants), have retired and, being eligible, have offered themselves for re-appointment; the Board recommends their appointment for the ensuing year. |
| 4 | To transact any other ordinary business with the permission of the Chair. |
Share transfer books will remain closed from October 22, 2026 to October 28, 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers received in order at the office of the Share Registrar by October 21, 2026 will be treated in time for the purpose of attending the AGM.
Shareholders who wish to attend the AGM via video link must register by sending a copy (both sides) of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the meeting. Proxies must be submitted to the Company’s Share Registrar; in case of proxies the required documents (including CNIC copies and proxy form) must be received not less than 48 hours before the meeting.
Share Registrar: THK Associates (Pvt.) Limited, Plot No. 32-C, Jami Commercial Street 2, D.H.A Phase VII, Karachi. Individual shareholders are requested to submit copies of their CNICs to the Share Registrar if not provided earlier.
Shareholders holding physical share certificates are requested to convert them into Book-Entry Form through their Participant/CDC account. The audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 have been placed on the Company’s website: www.sitara.pk.
