Members holding physical shares should present original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport when attending. CDC account holders should bring participant ID and account number. Proxies must be submitted in accordance with the Companies Act, signed, witnessed and received by the Company at least 48 hours before the meeting. The notice is issued by order of the Board and signed by Sadaqat Khan (Company Secretary).
