District Council Pakpattan invites electronic bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple development works (soling, drainage and sullage carriers) across union councils in Pakpattan. Bids must be submitted electronically; bid security is required as specified and successful bidders will be required to provide performance security.
Key procurement instructions: bids to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline and will be opened electronically in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost to be submitted as a Digital / e-Bank Guarantee. Performance Security: 5% through SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Chief Officer, District Council Pakpattan.
