Project Director, Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites electronic bids (EPPS) for construction works for the year 2028 under Composite Schedule Rates 2023.
Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must be active taxpayers, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and hold required registrations (including Balochistan Revenue Authority where applicable).
