Application submission: Prospectus and admission forms are available from the School of Nursing, PIMS Islamabad during office hours (08:00–14:00) within 10 days after the advertisement release. Duly completed forms must be submitted to the School of Nursing with attested copies of required documents: two passport‑size photographs, CNIC/B‑Form, domicile, Matriculation, F.Sc. Pre‑Medical, and character certificate. Equivalence certificate from IBCC (if applicable) must be attached. NOC from the relevant board is required at time of admission. Hostel accommodation is available for female students on a need basis only; not available for male students.
Selection formula: aggregate based on SZABMU entry test (50%), F.Sc. Pre‑Medical (35%), and Matric (15%). Admissions are subject to verification; any proven discrepancy, fabrication or forgery will result in cancellation of admission.
