Government of the Punjab, Emergency Services Department invites e-Bids from Manufacturers/Authorized Distributors registered with tax authorities in Pakistan for the procurement of various tents. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA and Punjab Procurement Rules.

Submission method and schedule: Complete bids with required documents must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System using the PDF upload method by 2025-10-28 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on 2025-10-28 at 11:30 AM. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal; bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement and PPRA websites. Procurement will follow the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules and PPRA regulations.
