Office of the District Council Rajanpur invites tenders for approved development scheme works for FY 2026-27 under the Punjab e-Procurement system (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding is through Single-Stage-Two-Envelope procedure. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the respective category for FY 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement website. Earnest money (bid security) equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted/uploaded via the generated PSID through the Punjab e-Procurement system. A Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount must be furnished by the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of the letter of acceptance. Tax and regulatory compliance (NTN, Sales Tax, FBR returns) is required.
