Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur issues a final notice to M/s MYCO Engineers Construction concerning the Contract Agreement dated 01 November 2022. DHAB served a termination notice dated 24 June 2026 and previously requested that M/s MYCO nominate a representative to participate in the Joint Steering Group (JSG) for observation and assessment; no representative has been nominated to date.
M/s MYCO Engineers Construction is hereby given a final opportunity to contact DHA Bahawalpur and nominate an authorized representative within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so will result in DHA Bahawalpur proceeding with unilateral/ex-parte physical and financial assessment and related actions without participation or representation of M/s MYCO. The notice is issued without prejudice to any other legal rights or remedies available to DHA under the Contract Agreement and applicable law.
