Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Emergency Services Department (Procurement Section, PPS Wing). The department invites e-bids from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and their authorized engineering firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the applicable tax departments for procurement of equipment and conversion services as listed below.

Submission and bidding procedure: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) using the “PDF upload method.” Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement System and submit their bids and required documents through the portal.
Key conditions: Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner (no physical financial instruments such as call deposits, CDRs, pay orders or bank guarantees will be accepted). The bidding will follow Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and related procedures.
Deadline: Complete bids must be submitted by 2026-10-31 up to 11:00 AM; online opening will be on the same date at 11:30 AM.
