The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Street Lights Division, invites electronic bids through EPADs System 2.0 under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for multiple electrical and street‑lighting works in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Bidders must be duly enlisted contractors/firms with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with appropriate category and codes, hold an Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad for execution of electrical & mechanical works, and have NTN & GST registration with FBR.

Key dates and submission details: Closing date & time for submission of e‑bids is 2026-10-29 at 11:30 AM; bids will be opened on EPADs on 2026-10-29 at 12:00 PM. Prospect bidders must provide original Bid Security / Earnest Money in the form of Deposit at Call (payment from firm’s account clearly indicating firm’s name) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Director, Street Light Division‑II, CDA and deliver it to the office located at Shop No.01, Bazar No.57, Sector G‑6/4, Islamabad before closing hours on 2026-10-28. Bidders who do not provide original bid security will be marked non‑responsive.
Other requirements: Bidders must upload bids electronically through EPADS2.0 and submit an undertaking on stamp paper (duly attested by a notary public) confirming the accuracy of information and that the firm is not blacklisted.
