Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids for hiring services of staff on contract for FY 2026-27 for a period of seven months. Required staff include Photographer, Videographer, Security Guards, Drivers, Mali and Office Boys to be deployed for Directorate General, Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, Punjab, Lahore.

Bid Security: 2% of the total estimated amount = Rs. 336,140. Bidders must submit bid security electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical financial instrument will be accepted. Bidders must be eligible and registered with relevant registration authorities and firms/companies engaged in provision of services may apply.
Submission method and documents: Bidding documents are immediately available for download from the Punjab e-procurement system (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Bidders may also obtain bidding documents from the office of the Director (Admin), Directorate General Social Welfare & BM, Punjab, Lahore (41 Empress Road) on submission of a written application.
Procedure and rules: Single Stage – Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall apply as per rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Authority Act-2009/PPRA Rules, 2014. Successful bidders will be required to submit/deposit the performance security as prescribed.
