The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding process for hiring contractors to carry out renovation works at the listed BOP branches.

Key details:
- Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website.
- Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-10-28 at 11:00 AM.
- Technical bids will be opened on 2026-10-28 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a subsequent date to be announced.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted digitally via 1Link / Bank Guarantee using the generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with bids.
- Tender notice is also uploaded on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement System.
- The Bank will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the submission of bid documents. Customers may file complaints via SBP's 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
