Capital Development Authority (CDA), Street Lights Division invites electronic bids through the EPAD System 2.0 on a Single Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure from contractors/firms enlisted with EPAD and holding valid PEC registration (appropriate category & codes) and an Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad for execution of electrical/mechanical works in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. NTN and GST registration with FBR required. Bid security in the form of Deposit at Call (CDR) is mandatory.
