Capital Development Authority (CDA), Street Lights Division, invites sealed electronic bids through EPAD System 2.0 under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from PEC-registered contractors/firms having valid PEC license, appropriate category & codes and registered with FBR for the following works and procurement in Islamabad. Bid security (Earnest Money) must be provided as specified; original bid security in the office of the Deputy Director is required by the closing time. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals online via EPADs-2.0. Tender documents, bidding data, BOQs and evaluation criteria are available on EPADs (epads.gov.pk). Bids will be opened on EPADs on the dates below.
