Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (Project Implementation Unit, Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services) under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) — Modernization of Hydromet Services of PMD in Pakistan (MHSP). Loan/Grant No.: IDA-73330. The PIU invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible individual consultants for four international expert positions to serve on an International Panel of Experts (IPEs).
Submit an EOI stating the position and reference number plus a detailed CV by email or in hard copy by 26 October 2026, 1600 Pakistan Standard Time. Selection will follow the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers through open competitive selection.

| ICT / Software & Data Integration Expert — PK-PMD-562912-CS-INDV | Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline. | 15 years in software engineering and data integration, including real-time data acquisition, CDMS and WIS2 platforms. |
| HPC (High-Performance Computing Infrastructure) Expert — PK-PMD-414800-CS-INDV | Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Computational Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline. | 10 years in planning, procuring and managing HPC infrastructure with direct responsibility for comparable operational HPC systems and comparable projects. |
