Issuer: Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Court of Special Judge, Block No. 51, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi.
Case No.: 27/2024. F.I.R. No.: 01/2024-IR-Karachi. Investigation Officer: Muzammil Usman.
Accused: Mir Haje S/o Fazil, CNIC No. 55101-6066280-1, proprietor of M/s Grace World International, 241 Preedy House, Preedy Street, South Saddar Town, Karachi.
Allegation: Offences punishable under sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 8A, 10, 22, 23, 26 and 73 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990. A warrant of arrest was issued and the accused is reported to have absconded or concealed himself to avoid service of the warrant.
Order: The accused Mir Haje is proclaimed required to appear before the Court to answer the complaint on 2026-10-24.
