Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted in conformity with the tender documents through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP).
The 2% bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical financial instrument (including Call Deposit Receipt) will be accepted. Bidders should upload bids via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal well before the deadline. Submission responsibility rests with the bidders.
