The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-applications from engineering firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A for prequalification to construct the "Shahdara Dam at Islamabad" on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. Electronic pre-qualification documents, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions, are available on EPADS and PPRA websites.
