Procurement will follow the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020) using Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure.

Submission and opening: Bids must be delivered to the address below before 11:00 a.m. on 2026-10-29. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 2026-10-29 immediately after the bid submission deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a bid-security as specified.
