E-Tender: Addition & Alteration — Punjab Food Authority / CNF Training Academy, Lahore

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, 1st Buildings Division, Lahore. Procurement Type: Single Stage Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) e-tender under Punjab e-Procurement System.

Purpose: Addition and alteration works in the Building of Punjab Food Authority to serve as Narcotics Control Station and Punjab CNF Training Academy, Lahore. Contractors/firms enrolled with PEC in the relevant category and having valid PEC license and financial standing as per DNIT/PPRA requirements are eligible to participate. Tenders are based on item rates with amount and total bid cost as required in the B.O.Q.

• Opening of Technical Bids on website: 2026-10-14 at 11:30 A.M.
• Opening of Financial Bids: 5th day after publication of the Technical Bids on the e-Procurement portal.

Payments and bid security: Earnest money to be submitted as specified on the Punjab e-Procurement System (bank transfer through 1-Link / Online Bank Transfer or as instructed by the portal). The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules.
