National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), N-5 North Zone, through its Secretary Purchase Committee, invites sealed bids for pre-qualification of reputable firms/vendors duly registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments for an Open Framework Agreement for a period of three (03) years (FY 2026-27 up to FY 2028-29).

Submission and bidding instructions:
- Pre-qualification documents must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. Hard copies of required documents must also be provided at the address specified in the bidding documents.
- All proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a refundable Bank Draft/CDR drawn in favor of DDO, NHMP N-5 (North) Zone. Bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security on EPADS v2.0; the original Bank Draft/CDR must be submitted before tender opening.
- Interested bidders must submit original bids/proposals by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-29. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM (noon) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Office of the DIG N-5 North Zone, Kaiser Waseem Plaza, G-13/3, Islamabad.
- Procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations and guidelines. NHMP reserves the right to reject any/all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
