- Auction mode: e-Auction. Interested parties must register on the e-Auction Portal and meet eligibility criteria listed in the auction document. Hard copies of applications are not required.
- Reserve price for the auction: Rs. 139,476,786/- for one year.
- Earnest money: 10% of the reserve price Rs. 13,947,680/- to be furnished in the form of Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft (DD) / Pay Order (PO) / Banker's cheque (issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan). Original instrument must be submitted physically to the Medical Director's office within ten days of announcement of evaluation result.
- Applicants must upload required documents and, where applicable, CDRs on the e-Auction portal by the stated deadlines. The institute is not responsible for technical errors on the portal; applications found corrupt or unreadable will be rejected.
- The auction will proceed through the e-Auction Portal; offers received must be greater than the previous offer (1% of reserve price = last offer increment). If no offer is received during the last minute, the auction will end; if an offer is received in the last minute, auction time will be extended by five minutes repeatedly until no further competition.
- Successful bidder will be published on the relevant website and the signed auction document will be considered final and binding.
