Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for one Associate (Electrical) on open contract/permanent basis for a PMDC project/mining site in Balochistan.

| Qualification | Minimum B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical from an HEC-recognized institution |
| Experience | Minimum 2–3 years relevant post-qualification experience in electrical operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably at mining, industrial or heavy engineering sites |
| Age | Maximum 47 years on the last date of application submission (age relaxation as per applicable rules) |
| Preference | Candidates having domicile of Balochistan will be preferred |
| Place of Posting | PMDC Project / Mining Site, Balochistan |
Key responsibilities: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, machinery and installations at mining/project sites; diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize downtime; inspect, repair and maintain motors, control panels, power distribution systems and switchgear; assist in installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems; carry out routine inspections and scheduled maintenance and maintain records; ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and HSE requirements; provide day-to-day electrical support for smooth mining/project operations.
