The Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (C&W Division, Upper Dir) invites electronic bids through the E-PADE system under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 10/05/2022) for emergency road and bridge works listed for District Upper Dir and Kohistan (PK-11).

Bidders must submit E-bids with complete bid security/CDR details (bank name, CDR number and date) electronically via the E-PADE system and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013. Bid documents are available from the Executive Engineer’s office or via E-PADE. Bids will be opened in the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Upper Dir. Contact PH/FAX: 0944-880836.
