LESCO Tender Notice — Construction Packages EP-57 to EP-62 (Estimated Rs.4.5M Each)

Project Director, Construction Circle, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed bids for multiple construction packages for safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, concrete foundation works, curing and back filling of HT steel structures and HT spun poles.

Estimated cost for each tender: Rs. 4.5 Million (each tender). Bids will be submitted and processed through the EPADS V2.0 online tendering platform.

Eligibility & submission requirements:

- Contractors/firms must be duly approved, registered and renewed for the year 2026-27 with PEC having specialization codes EE-04, EE-05 as applicable for the works listed. Firms must be registered with FBR/PRA and appear on the Active Taxpayers List.

- Bidders shall upload/provide documentary evidence of relevant experience (work orders/contracts) and organizational/technical capacity through EPADS V2.0. Similar works must have been successfully executed; supporting documents should be uploaded on EPADS V2.0 along with the bid.

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage Single Envelope, Selection Technique: Least Cost Selection. Bids submitted via EPADS V2.0 only. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS V2.0 and to participate in bidding process through the portal.

Financial security & fees:

- Original bid security (earnest money) of Rs. 100,000 in favour of Project Director, Construction Circle LESCO must be submitted in the form of valid CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan and uploaded on EPADS V2.0 along with the financial bid.

- Performance security of 10% of contract amount will be required from the successful bidder.

Dates & opening:

- Bid submission/closes: 2026-10-28 at 11:30 AM.

- Bid opening: 2026-10-28 at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened on EPADS V2.0 in presence of the Bid Opening Committee.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partly, as per PPRA rules.
