How to bid and eligibility: Bids must be submitted electronically via ePADS v2.0. Bidders must be registered with FBR as Active Taxpayers. A bid security (Pay Order/CDR) in favour of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account must be uploaded electronically and the original submitted to the Office of Manager (Disposal), PESCO, before the bid opening date. Manual/physical bids are not acceptable. The highest evaluated responsive bid will be considered for acceptance and approval by the competent authority. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
