National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur invites sealed bids (Tender No. TU-5107-2026) from reputable firms/distributors/suppliers for supply of specified items. Delivery: FOR NRTC Haripur. Tender procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope via EPADS 2.0.
Key conditions: price quoted in PKR with taxes shown separately; supplier must be an active taxpayer; scanned copy of bid security to be uploaded to EPADS 2.0 and hard copy submitted physically on closing date to NRTC Haripur; bid security Rs 100,000/- in the form of Pay Order/Crossed Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur; attach financial health of the firm (ref: Form #4); standard warranty; sample of each item required with technical bid; bid validity 120 days. As per PPRA Rule 33 NRTC may reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance.
Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 2025-10-23 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened at 11:20 hours on the same day.
