C.L.A. Law Associates of Clifton, Karachi, hereby notifies the public that a sale agreement dated 2026-05-02 for a commercial property (Plot No. 6-120, area 399 sq. yards, Street No. 13, Commercial Phase - 17/11 Annex, Karachi Housing Authority) made in favour of Mr. Saqib (son of Mr. Khalid Tanveer), CNIC 42201-2434979-1 has been cancelled. The buyer failed to fulfil contractual obligations and the agreement has been declared void.
The public is warned not to enter into any transaction or negotiation with the named buyer on the basis of the cancelled agreement; C.L.A. Law Associates disclaims any liability for dealings with that buyer relating to the above property.
