Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) — Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) Component‑II / Modernization of Hydromet Services of PMD in Pakistan (MHSP). Loan No.: IDA‑73330. Purpose: Selection of four (4) individual consultants for the International Panel of Experts (IPEs) to support strengthening hydromet and climate services.
Interested consultants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) stating the position and reference number, with a detailed CV. A consultant may apply for more than one position by submitting a separate EOI and CV for each; only one position may be awarded to a consultant. Selection will follow Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants under the World Bank Procurement Regulations.

Deadline for submission: 2026‑10‑26, 16:00 Pakistan Standard Time. Detailed Terms of Reference are available as per World Bank procurement procedures.
